Documentary on the History of our Region in Inner Mongolia

The documentary is on the history and traditions of the Wengnute Qi (Ogniud Qi) county our Shaman Retreat Center is located in.  On this landscape:
  • One of the most ancient cultures of harmony and sustainability is still practiced today by the nomadic Mongolians
  • Hundreds of rock carvings from more than 7,000 years old are scattered in the mountains of this area, symbolizing ancient Shamanic deities who are early incarnations of the Buddhas or realized teachers.
  • The largest and most ancient jade dragon totem ever found in China, a national treasure some 5,500 years old, was discovered right by Jerigtu’s village, minutes to our Shamanic Retreat Center, indicating the region’s importance in the dragon deity’s origins.
  • The birth place of the Qidan (Kauai, Cathy) tribe, and their most sacred mountain is only forty minutes away from the Center.
  • The settlements around this mountain between two rivers are from the most famous Shamanic lineage, Genghis Khan’s Golden lineage, and the land is named “The King’s Tribe.”

Spirituality & Dimensions of the Universe —through a Scientist’s Eyes

My comment on this 7 minute video:

“This video, from a dimensional point of view, is discussing why, in our spiritual practice, we must let go of our mind as a prerequisite. We must let go of our consciousness of the past and future, and come into the now.  Being in the now is our connection to wisdom and true joy. It may be challenging to understand as it bends the mind, so we may get glimpses beyond the curtains of our 3 dimensional world, into the infinite dimensions.”

Below is a rough translation of this video from Chinese, a video with packed information:

We can say, the fundamental meaning of life is to increase the freedom of our awareness, or to elevate the level of dimension in our consciousness.

In a one dimensional realm there is only a line, no matter how I change it, it’s just a line and cannot have beauty.  In two dimensions, it’s a picture and I can draw a beautiful picture.  The sense of beauty we have in two-D is exponentially greater than in one-D. But no matter how beautiful a picture is, if we make it three dimensional, our sense of beauty again increases exponentially.

In summery, when raising from one level of dimension to another, our sense of beauty raises exponentially.  If my consciousness is in four dimensions, my sense of beauty must be greater than our 3-D world.  In religion the world of 4-D is called heaven.

What is the fourth dimension?  It’s when time is a variable.  In the movie “Interstellar” the discussion of the Worm Hole, is about folding the 3-D space in greater distance than we can imagine, so that we can reach the fourth dimensional space.  In science, the study of a Black Hole is a tunnel to higher dimensions or limitless dimensions.

In Chinese writings Fuxi, the ancient ancestor, one of three Gods that created this world, was looking into the heaven.  What picture did he see?  He saw from the point where high dimensions where entering into our 3-D world, creating forms of this 3-D world.

So, in the universe there are different dimensions, and in different dimensions there are different life forms.  When moving from high to low dimensions, they can penetrate our time sequence, because in the fourth dimension, time is already a variable.

In the fourth dimension, all the beginnings and endings in our 3-D world, birth and death are all transcended, and therefore do not exist.  This concept corresponds highly with a Buddhist term, origin, the beginning of original karma, or genesis.

What is origin?  It’s a projection.  Like how 1-D is a projection from 2-D, 2-D is a projection from 3-D, and 3-D is a projection from 4-D, etc.  The relation of projection determines our relation to reality, or our energetic connections in the world.

In actuality, a human being is a projected picture of a cluster of energies.  This can be discussed and understood with quantum physics.  When we look at all physical things, from the smallest chemical and physical property, there are only three things, neutrons, positive and negative electrons.  And what we see in physicality are all the images from energies.

Then, what are energy clusters before manifesting as images?  It’s information.  What is information?  The simplest information is a sine wave.  We call a sine wave a simple harmonic.

The essence of Daoism says, the greatest Dao is the simplest.  All waves are sine waves.  Why do Chinese call themselves the descendants of dragons?  The origin of all things are sine waves.  Dragon is the totem of the sine wave.  It is the origin of all things.

Tai Ji, or the great ultimate, the supreme pole, the beginning of manifestation, is the two parts of the sine wave, top and bottom turning into the yin and yang of Tai Ji.  Before Tai Ji is Wu Ji, or non-polar. Before manifestation there is no wave of any kind.  As long as there is a wave, a thought arises.  Buddha says with one thought, there is all sentient beings.  When all things are sine waves, we can understand all things in the world, the space and the universe so much easier.

But regular people only pay attention to the amplitude of the energy waves, their intensity and color.  They ignored an important question, the dimension of the sine wave, which is its level of freedom.  Is it running in a straight line? or on a 2-D surface? or in a 3-D space? Or does it exceed time and space?  The energy wave’s dimension is more important than its intensity and frequency. On focusing on the latter means that we have ignored the most important part.

Next,  what is the relation of energy waves in different dimensions?  It’s projection.  1-D is a projection from 2-D, 2-D is a projection from 3-D, and 3-D is a projection from 4-D, etc.  This is how it’s used in linear geometric calculations.  I use a concept in mathematical induction, it’s through the relation between 1-D and 2-D, to verify the relation between 2-D and 3-D, and then to verify the relation between N-1 dimension and N dimension.

I have asked many successful people, what are the basis upon which you made decisions in the most crucial steps in your life?  The answers I got are amazingly singular—intuition.  What is intuition?  It’s information coming from the higher dimensions.  All  scientific inventions come from intuition.

If my hand is a 2-D image, and when I stop my vision with it, I cannot see the 3-D world in front of me.  When I take it away, I see 3-D.  Every one of us, in our consciousness are full of images of the 3-D world.   When you have taken away the last 3-D image from your consciousness, you can get wisdom from the fourth dimension.

Science wants to go from 3-D to 4-D to 5-D, climbing up one dimension at a time.  Eastern spirituality is not like this.  It goes from the highest N-D wisdom, from the limitless look at the whole universe.

Daoism talks about heaven and humans as one.  Buddhism talks about the supreme authentic enlightenment.  It talks about the one and only God or light or enlightenment.  Only in the N-D, in the limitless can there be the supreme, the non-polar, the singular one.  The view is from the overall universe, from top to bottom.  Why?  It’s because to the limitless, three is approximated to zero, four is approximated to zero, and any value with a specific number is approximated to zero.

When you focus on one point, you can also enter into the limitless dimension.  Therefore you do no need to get stuck on the idea of any one dimension. However,  this process also proved another matter, being that a human is ultimately self sufficient.  Everyone’s inner wisdom is in the Nth dimension and is limitless wisdom.  Everyone can have the supreme authentic enlightenment.

I use simple logic to prove this.  A particle from my fingernail has energy waves from this light bulb, and also has energy waves from the another light bulb.  All of the energy waves from the universe go through this one particle.  This one particle contains all the information and their relations from the whole universe.  This is the cosmic holographic rate (theorem).  This is what Shakyamuni said when he came out of the pause state, that all living beings have the tathagata, or the wisdom image of Buddha.

A point is called the zero dimension.  Between the zero dimension and the Nth dimension of limitlessness, the former being smaller than anything, the latter being greater than anything, is all of information of the universe with nothing left out.  What is everything in between, from 1-D to N-1 dimensions? This is separation.  It is differentiation.  From our thoughts, our consciousness comes endless phantom illusions.  Therefore to raise so many levels of dimensions is meaningless. Only transcending to a state of no image, (in Chan or Zen Buddhism this is the state of leaving all images,) then you may become one with the wisdom of the two ends, the two merge into one.

If one can live in every moment to elevate and transform, one is living in a state of true joy.  Buddhism is a practice, not for the future or the next life, but rather a practice of this moment, the now.

The theory we have been discussing is this:  All theories are for us to receive true inner joy, in this moment connecting with high dimensional wisdom.  This is because the notion of past and future only exists in the three dimensional world consciousness.  This consciousness cannot go to the fourth dimension, not to say Nth dimension.

Only NOW is connected to higher dimensions.  And the joy that comes from the moment of connection with higher dimensions cannot be substituted by any kind of joy from this material world.

Childrearing & Healing Our Inner Child-A Talk on Nov. 13th

Having the main focus of my practice and search on becoming the master of my own life for over a decade, doing long intensive meditations and solitary meditations in mountains, I found myself needing to apply what I have learned in all aspects of daily life.  For another decade, I have immersed myself in the Mongolian culture, an ancient nomadic culture which is still sustaining natural connections to nature, to earth, to all living things, to each other, to oneself in the most profound ways, to our own souls, to ancestors and all souls beyond physical limitations.  The connections are tangibly felt in every aspect of life, especially I found, in childrearing, now that we are rearing one.

I once mentioned to Jerigtu that we need to communicate with our child more often.  He replies, it’s not about how much to communicate, but whether how to communicate.  Most conflicts between parents and children come from communicating from the mind.  Rather communicating through the heart makes true connection.

How to communicate through the heart?  For this we must know our own heart.

Many of my sessions lately have been focusing on one’s early years, when we vividly experienced our emotions, but had not the language to express them.  Some emotions are naturally expressed through behaviors such as throwing things, stomping and outright temper tantrums.  Our body knows naturally how to grow into our potentials and how to heal.  When our natural instincts are suppressed, we lack the nervous connections to carry through this emotional growth process.  Sometimes this suppression seems normal and seemed to make sense because it’s been in existence for generations, and may have served a survival purpose at one point in the family history.  To fulfill our emotional and energetic potentials is to release these old survival mechanisms and holding patterns from our body, from our organ systems.  This is also an expansion to our heart and to our capacity to release into our true self.

I especially find new mothers with babies ripe for this personal growth.  It’s an perfect opportunity to heal the self and the family.  Many subconscious memories without word expression get awakened by our baby mirroring back to us.  For example frustration may be felt between an inexperienced mother and the baby, and exacerbates with passing back and forth.  Babies can wake up the family suppression patterns that we have gotten numb to, and remind us there is another way, to release to a more free, joyous and powerful self.  When we take time to heal ourselves, we are also creating a greater containment for our baby to develop to their greatest potentials.  Our heart is greater to mirror back to our baby.  Furthermore, we are healing the family wound in the lineage on the soul reincarnation level.

For these reasons, we are building our Earth Shaman Center in Inner Mongolia, aiming to support the natural growth, healing and expansion of humanity, regaining our sustained connection with nature and with our soul’s journey, in this complete cycle of life.

If you’d like to hear us talk more about our center, the healing and self-development programs we will provide, and about the Mongolian Shamanic culture, please join us at:

Three Intertwined Aspects of Human Beings

A client in her mid thirties came with chronic pain for more than twenty years since her childhood. Many therapies and practices either did not help or made things worse.  Jerigtu’s scan reveals, 80% of her chronic pain is due to energy deficiency and blockages.  This is why when treated physically or localized, the pain just kept on moving around.  And the pain would get worse when a treatment is using up some of her limited energy.  Also because of low energy level, she is being affected by spirits in her sleep, therefore wearing down her system even more.

In the modern world, we have often forgotten two third of who we are, just focusing on the physical, and not knowing about our life force (energy) and soul.  A human being must be seen as a comprehensive whole comprised of these three intertwined aspects: our physical body, our energy and emotions, and our spirit and soul.  A practice must address all aspects.  For example when yoga is practiced as calisthenics, our life force is not being regenerated but used up, and the weak links in our body will eventually show, as injuries or permanent wear.  For example when massage therapists focus more on the physical, their own body will wear down and they may be taking on clients’ stagnant energy into their own bodies.  Also when practices only focuses on emotions, the mind or the soul, our physical body will suffer.  The more powerful the practice, the more it accelerates the decline of our physical health.  Therefore balance is necessary for our comprehensive wellness.

A case of Shamanic healing

Jerigtu gets tested all the time. Clients would only offer a symptom, for example this morning, someone from Europe text us and says he has strong low back pain, and wants to come see Jerigtu. Jerigtu looks and text back, your problem is in the gut, not the low back. He texts back, yes I have had to take out big part of my intestines. Jerigtu says, yes, you must treat your lower stomach, otherwise the condition will begin to cause memory loss. Then he offered a Shamanic ritual that the client could practice for now, until he is able to travel to come and see Jerigtu.

Unleash Your True Self: Through Energy, Breathe, Movement, Meditation, Voice

I have designed a new intensive workshop, to be held in Ashland, OR Sept. 29-Oct. 1 (Three full days including two evenings).  I will be teaching my own practice, what have been working best for me over the years, with qigong movements, meditations of different paths, breathe and voice work.  A combination of these practices have been most effective in getting more and more in touch with my own body, and through my body to my true self, my soul’s journey in this realm, and my unique expression into this world.

So I welcome you to join me in these three intensive days, to deepen our practice into ourselves and expand our true selves into this world.

  • Emotional turmoils are our soul’s on-going record for a chance to grow and to expand.
  • Not facing it or trying to control it through the mind creates suffering, and inner conflict.
  • Life has given us the perfect tool to heal ourselves and our relationships: our physical body.
  • The mind may be in the past or future, may tell a story; The body is in the now, in its truth.
  • So let’s dance, sing, move, stand and sit with our body.
  • Wake up the blind spots, release old holding patterns, feel life force rushing in the vacuum to strengthen and expand our body, our energy and our soul.
  • Feel our beings unfold, become real, and expand.
  • Let our being ground in our truth, and solidly and firmly move closer to the universal truth.

Claire’s gift as a teacher is her strong scanning ability of others, so she can feel and see where one’s blind spots may be, where one’s most life force is entangled and being wasted or exhausted.  She can sense in which direction a group need to move into, and lead meditative movements to untangle, untie the underlying energy and emotional knots.

Once we see it, feel it, we shed light into the dark.  And it can be healed.

When energy, breath and sense of flow is coherent in our body, it manifests in our lives as coherency of flow, ease of flow.  The practice letting our energy and breath be fully engaged in our body, and can support our physical being and our expression into the world.

Master teacher Claire GuYu Johnson has personally come through depression and anxiety brought up by severe family and societal traumas.  She has developed this healing process and teaching path, and has been helping others to do so for 17 years.  She has incorporated Taoist, Buddhist and Zen meditations, psychology, energy and spiritual practices around the world in her own practice, and is currently teaching and healing throughout the US, Europe and China.
